Using a High Intensity Training routine I have come up with, I am going to track multiple facets of my trainees health and wellness by using pictures, arm, leg, neck, chest and waist measurements, skin fold measurements, as well as track their overall strength and cardiovascular gains during the course of our 10 week research study.
*I will not be regulating their diets. They are instructed to eat as per usual so we can test the effects of just the training; not diet.
